When it comes to food, combinations are endless, and you can create a shitload of dishes with just a few basic ingredients and some spices. Intial am cumparat pleurotus pentru ca nu mai facusem niciodata si am ramas cu curiozitatea de mai demult cand am incercat sa fac o reteta cu porc, sos de mustar si ciuperci pleurotus, dar n-am gasit si am folosit hribi instead.

Am pregatit foarte entuziasmata toata tarasenia. Ne grabeam sa ajungem undeva si o trebuit sa ma incadrez in juma de ora. La final insa n-am fost prea impresionata de gust, si desi am mai adaugat eu niste chestii, am ramas cu impresia ca nu merita efortu, orezu cu legume si ciuperci iese bun oricum, dar nu te da pe spate. the dish is healthy tho. almost no oil was involved in the cooking of it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Am tocat rapid ceapa alba, ceapa rosie, .. morcov pare ala (razuit) , ardei, gogosar si cred ca si putina radacina de patrunjel. i was in a hurry, ofc they’re not perfectly  chopped.

Le-am pus la calit in ulei de floarea soarelui (i actually use this more often than olive oil) si am spalat intre timp ciupercile si orezu. am vazut acuma in poze ca aveam si fasole, lol. am utiat de fasole, it’s healthy, it has fiber and it looks pretty in pictures.

Am feliat si ciupercile si le-am pus la prajit in alta tigaie, si orezu la fiert (from teh looks of it, i used some dehydrated veggies, ceva mix pentru ciorbe).

La final mi-am amintit ca pot sa pui sos de soia and improve the taste. i liked my ‘revelation’ 😀
